大家好,我是筑小橋。一轉眼,我已經在筑橋時空里度過了小學生涯。筑橋建校已經8年了,我從萌萌的幼兒園小朋友變成了快和老師一樣高的少年。成長的過程中發(fā)生了好多事情,驚訝的、興奮的、有趣的、難忘的、溫暖的·…...·這都讓我獲得了無限∞探索的力量。我把這些經歷都寫下來,與書頁前的你分享,希望我的成長故事能給你帶來啟發(fā),也成為學校歷史的一部分,留給未來的筑小橋、筑大橋和所有對這所神奇的學校好奇的人們。
Hello everyone, I am the Little Bridge Buddy. 一年級的時候,語文老師在漢字思維課上告訴我們,中國的古人用“一粒種子外皮裂開縫”的樣子表示“甲”,表示與“硬殼、堅固”等有關的意思。剛要走入小學的筑小橋們也像一粒包裹著堅硬外殼的種子,在尋找適合自己生長的土壤。

我們學校為什么一進來就要爬坡?
爸爸、媽媽和我參觀了許多學校,最終選擇了筑橋實驗小學,因為這里和其他的學校很不一樣。
第一天背著小書包去學校,我最好奇的是進校門的一段爬坡路,別的學校路都是平的,我們學校為什么一進來就要爬坡?帶著這個問題,我開啟了我的筑橋時空。

The first day I went to school with my backpack,whatIwasmostcuriousaboutwas theentranceoftheschool,otherschoolshad flat roads,why did our school have to climb a slope upon entering?With this question in mind, I started my exploration.

每一個空間都獨具匠心
走進筑橋,感覺自己來到了童話世界、植物王國,一切都充滿了神奇的力量吸引我去探索。每一年的開學典禮,都有一個童話故事里的四個小動物,代表四個班級加入筑橋的大家庭。學校里有游樂場、攀巖墻、小菜園、天空之城、環(huán)形影院、音樂廳………每一間教室、每一個樓梯、每一個空間都獨具匠心。

WhenIsteppedintoSLBS,IfeltlikeIwasinthe world of fairytales and gardens,and everything was full of magic attracting me to explore. At the opening ceremony of each school year, four little animals from a fairy tale, representing four classes,join the SLBS family. The school has playgrounds,rock climbing wall,garden, skyroom, theater, and concert hall ... Every classroom,every staircase,every space is unique and carefully designed.




持續(xù)自然的美學浸潤
筑大橋告訴我們:我們學校的建筑設計師是設計了上海新天地和上海迪斯尼園區(qū)的美國建筑大師BenWood;音樂廳由世界聲樂大師、上海交響音樂廳的設計師豐田泰久先生親自主持建造;所有休息區(qū)的椅子,也都是獨立設計師的獲獎作品。
老師們希望在這樣的環(huán)境里給我們持續(xù)自然的美學浸潤,同時通過豐富多樣的功能空間讓我們有機會充分挖掘內心的興趣所在。

“通”,是筑橋實驗小學的辦學精神。老師們希望學校能成為我們的橋梁,幫助我們貫通課堂與生活,融通個性與共性,連通世界與未來,在這里找到真正的歸屬感和價值感,成為一個內心穩(wěn)定而充盈的人。
筑大橋說自己是陪伴我們成長的園丁,而不是生產產品的木匠。每顆種子都會長成不同的植物,筑大橋們要做的是讓種子們自然生長,適時捉蟲,除草,耐心等待和陪伴;關注植物地面以下的部分,用包容和充滿安全感和歸屬感的土壤給種子們提供合適的養(yǎng)料,讓根系更加發(fā)達強壯,讓植物能靠自身的力量抵御病蟲和風雨。

我和同伴們采訪過學校的校長、老師、門衛(wèi)、廚師、校醫(yī)、清潔阿姨………·在筑橋,所有的人都在努力,為我們打造一個有溫度的土壤,讓種子自由地生長。
筑大橋常常對我們說:“這個世界不是非黑即白的,你們要用審辯的眼光去看這個不確定的世界。你們要成為具有內驅力、目標感、行動力的終身學習者。 77
起初,我不是很明白,經過五年的學習,我慢慢領悟了。

MyclassmatesandIhaveinterviewedthe school principal,teachers,janitors,chefs school nurses, janitors... in SLBS, all of them areworkinghardtocreateawarmsoilforusto lettheseedsgrowfreely.
Teachers often tell us,"The world is not black andwhite;youneedtolookatthisuncertain worldwithcriticalthinking.Youneedtobecome lifelong learners with an internal drive, a sense ofpurpose,andtheabilitytotakeaction.
Atfirst, didn'tunderstand itverywellbutaftr five years of study, I slowly comprehended it.

語文課上,我們還學到了古人用“種子向下生出根須”的樣子表示“氏”,表示和“根、向下”等有關的意思?!胺蛭锸|蕓,各復歸其根”(《道德經》)。枝葉茂盛處,一定有深根!狂風暴雨中,有的植物隨風飄搖,有植物能盤根不動。
為了養(yǎng)成這樣的根系,我們的學習場所超越了教室。我們在大自然中、在行走的過程中、在真實的場景里慢慢學會了解決問題的能力。種子們的根系在筑橋這片土壤里無拘無束地發(fā)展。

Todevelopsuchroots,welearninplaces that gobeyond theclassroom.We slowly learn problem-solving skills in the nature, during tours, and in real-life scenarios. The roots of theseedsdevelopuninhibitedlyinthesoil that is SLBS.

食育課
食育課上,我知道了“挑食有理”,學會制作餐點、布置餐席、插花、了解24節(jié)氣·最難忘的是自己動手制作食物、去小菜園種菜、采摘。
FOOD EDUCATION
Inthefoodeducationclass,Ilearnedthat there is a reason to be picky about food,1 learned to make meals, set up a dinner table, arrange flowers, and learn 24 solar terms.. The most memorable part was making my ownfoodandgoingtothesmallvegetable gardentoplantandpickvegetables.

每學期我們都會有科學PBL,幫助我們解決生活中真實的問題,培養(yǎng)我們獨立思考以及批判性思維能力,讓我們學會更好地與他人合作,教會我們應對真實生活中所遇到的問題和挑戰(zhàn)。在項目學習中,我了解了動物的棲息地、制作了皮影戲、搭建了哥德堡機、繪制了物種日歷,知道了天氣如何影響人們的日常生活·

筑橋的美術社團課是我心之所向,因為有同學背了一句“北冥有魚,其名為鯤,鯤之大,一鍋燉不下!”于是我們自繪自編、自導拍攝了筑橋版《大魚海棠》,那可是《莊子·逍遙游》的動畫版。

我從漢字思維課上知道了“屯”的甲骨文字形就像一顆種子,上有剛剛冒出的嫩莖,下有細根,表示種子扎根(像一棵嫩芽正艱難地想沖破土壤的阻撓長出地面),所以“屯”字本義是艱難。種子只有從土壤中汲取足夠的營養(yǎng),積累了充足的能量才能掙脫硬殼的束縛,為肆意地生長做好一切準備。
I learned from my Chinese class that the oracle character for "屯 " is like a seed with a newly emergedstemontopanda thinrootonthe bottom, indicating that the seed is budding (like a young plant trying hard to break through the soil and grow out of the ground), so the original meaning of"屯"is difficult.Only when the seeds draw enough nutrients from the soil and accumulate enough energy could theybreakfreefromthehardshellandget ready for everything.

筑橋的學習生活中我也參加過很多活動,新年慶典、開學典禮、探險日、閱讀日、數(shù)學日、藝術日、兒童節(jié)、春秋游、社會實踐、中秋活動、趣味運動會每一次的活動帶給我們無限的力量、展示我們獨特的風采。
在筑橋,我很期待每一學期的開學慶典,每一次總會有不同,都會延續(xù)筑橋動物的探險系列故事,我們五個年級化身五種不同地域的動物,分別來自森林、海洋、極地、草原、濕地,每一個學期都會演繹一場關于友情、探索、感恩、誠信、樂學、責任、安全、尊重和友善等主題的情景故事。

甲骨文的“才”字形像一棵剛剛冒出土地嫩芽的樣子,表示跟“發(fā)芽、剛剛”等有關的意思,本義指草木初生;引申指才質,才能,有才能的人等。植物長出了葉子,便開始了向大自然的探索。隨看種子的長大,園丁們也不斷地在學習,為了能持續(xù)地給我們成長的不同階段都能提供最合適的支持。
The Chinese character "才"is shaped like a youngsproutthathasjustemergedfromthe land, which means"sprouting, just",etc. The originalmeaningreferstothefirstgrowthof grass and trees;by extension,it referstotalent, talented people,etc.When a plant grows leaves, it begins to explore nature. As the seeds grow, thegardenerscontinuetolearn,inorderto provide themost appropriate support for the different stagesofourgrowth.

在筑橋,學習不只是學生的事,更是老師和家長的頭等大事。筑大橋和他的同事們參加了《有效的教與學》、《正面管教》、《有效溝通》、《正面管教園丁課》、《班主任》、《學生心理問題識別與教師壓力管理》、《教學策略》、《追求理解的教學設計》等培訓。
我看到筑大橋厚厚的讀書筆記上寫著“讀書是一種樂趣,不完全是為職業(yè)‘充電”。讀書學習是自我完善,是個人需求,是提高自己生命質量的途徑,而不是為了“維持’某種狀態(tài)。教師愛讀會讀,有智慧,有趣味,有激情,學生觀察講臺前站立的老師,也就可能對學習’有清晰的認識,明白‘人’是如何立起來的?!?/p>
AtSLBS,learningisnotonlyamatterfor students,butalsoatoppriorityforteachers andparents.Iheardthatteachershave attended trainings such as"Effective Teaching and Learning",,"Positive Discipline","Effective Communication","Homeroom Teacher", "Identifying Students' Psychological Problems and Teacher Stress Management","Teaching Strategies",and"Understanding by design".
I saw on their reading notes that "reading is a pleasure,notjustforprofessionaldevelopment. Reading and learning is self-improvement, a personal need, a way to improve the quality of theirlives,ratherthanto'maintain'acertain state.Teacherslovereadingandreadwith wisdom,fun and passion.The students who observetheteacherstandinginfrontofthe podiummayalsohaveaclearunderstanding of'learning'andhow'people'shouldbe like."

Four prominent signs這八年里,學校成為了上海教育界的新秀。校門口的四塊醒目的牌子讓筑橋更加熠熠生輝,一塊是“上海自然博物館館校合作共建學?!?,我的科學老師還是博物館的金牌講師;另一塊是“上海市師資培訓中心筑橋實驗小學實訓基地”,全市唯一一個成為市教委師資實訓基地的民辦學校;還有“上海音樂學院民樂共建實踐基地”、“浦東碧云美術館美育實踐基地”的兩塊授牌,讓我們未來可以得到更多美育方面的指導。

最讓我高興的是爸爸、媽媽也在筑橋學習,他們聆聽了《科學離你不遙遠》、《成長型心智》、《青少年體適能》、《正面管教》、《自驅型成長》、《解讀評估報告》、《好玩的藝術品》、《從親子閱讀到獨立閱讀》、《焦慮時代,做平和父母》等二三十門課程。媽媽常常對我說她要用正面管教的方式和溝通。
What makes me most happy is that my dad and mom are also studying at SLBS. They have listened to 20 to 30 courses such as"Science is not far from you", "Growth Mindset", "Youth Fitness","Positive Discipline","Self-Driven Growth","Interpreting Assessment Reports", "Fun Artwork","From Parent-Child Reading to Independent Reading","Being a Peaceful Parent in the Age of Anxiety", etc. My mom often told me she was going to apply positive disciplinewhencommunicatingwithme.

CH.05古人用“已經是幼苗”的樣子表示“生”,表示跟“生長、生命”等有關的意思,“生”的本義是草木破土萌發(fā),后引申為“從無到有、出現(xiàn)”生根的種子只有積蓄足夠的能量,才能鉆出泥土,向這個世界發(fā)出自己的聲音。

在筑橋,我學會了許多本領,學校培養(yǎng)我們自我評價的意識,引導我們形成成長型思維,發(fā)展我們的元認知。我學會了不因為一件事否定自己,明白事物是會轉化的,事情沒有做好并不等于自己不好!
在筑橋慢慢成長的我們所發(fā)出的每一種聲音都會被聽到,我們用自己的視角回顧著我們眼中筑橋的時光,書寫著我們童年的生活。我們還籌備了精彩的TEDx演講,讓更多的人聽到我們的成長故事,讓更多的人見證我們如何成長為有內驅力、目標感和行動力的筑橋少年,讓更多的人知道我們已經為明天做好了準備。

At SLBS,Ilearned many skills. The school fosteredour awareness ofself-evaluation, guidedustoforma growthmindset,and developed our metacognition.I learned not to deny myself because of one mistake, to understandthatthingstransform,andthatnot doing something well does not mean you are a failure!
Every voice we make as we slowly grow up in SLBS will be heard.We saw SLBS from ourownperspectiveandwriteaboutourown childhood life.We prepared a wonderful TEDx talk, to let more people hear our growth story, let more people witness how we grow up tobe teenagers with internal drive, sense of purpose and action, and let more people know that we are ready for tomorrow.

這句話猛地一聽是不是像我們熟悉的一部電影《阿甘正傳》里的名句:Lifewaslikeaboxofchocolates. You never know what you're goingto get(生活就像一盒巧克力,你永遠不知道下一顆會是什么味道)。生活具有不確定性,但也充滿了無限可能。
五年級的時候,我們班級里流行拆盲盒。我們互相展示自己抽到的盲盒,有泡泡瑪特的,若來等等。當你準備拆開盲盒時,你并不知道里面是什么,只知道是一個小玩偶,總是迫不及待的打開。打開后,有時會帶來驚喜,也可能會失落。拆盲盒最大的快樂,正來自“拆”開的瞬間,巨大的不確定性強烈地刺激著人們的好奇心。我們通過不斷地嘗試未知的新事物,來滿足自己的好奇心。
盲盒玩具的商家精心準備了各種系列的玩偶,讓我們可以津津有味地在不同的盒子中挑選,這個過程給我們帶來很多樂趣。商家捕捉了人們的這種心理,為了制造不確定性,創(chuàng)造出了多種多樣的產品。生活也一樣,正是生活中的不確定性,激發(fā)了人們的創(chuàng)造力,帶來了事物的多樣性??纯唇裉焐磉叺娜藗儯┲鞣N色彩樣式的衣服,店里擺放著琳瑯滿目的商品,路上行駛著不同款式功能的車輛………生活多么豐富啊。再看看我們身處的地球,數(shù)以億計的各種動物植物,物種的多樣性就是大自然不確定性的產物,而我們人類就是大自然在一次一次開盲盒之后抽到的終極隱藏款。
