At FORVIA Faurecia, we firmly believe that \"Diversity is a strength\" Our commitment to
D&I is evident in various aspects. We prioritize gender equality in governance, with
significant female representation in hiring and leadership positions. Through programs
like Female Leadership Training and RISE, we empower women. Engagement
initiatives, such as the Her Power Star Selection, foster a vibrant inclusive culture. In
operations, women hold key roles. Our female employees actively drive solidarity
efforts, benefiting local communities. These combined efforts make diversity a core
strength that fuels our success.

We prioritize gender equality within our governance structures, ensuring that women have equal opportunities for career development. In 2024,
the female ratio of external hiring is 39.5% which supports the female ratio of China manager and professional scope surging to 36.7%. Moreover,
the female ratio of China management team maintains steady figure as 30.3%. These efforts are aimed at creating a balanced and fair
governance framework that supports gender diversity.
? Disabled Metric
Inclusion of individuals with disabilities is a cornerstone of our DEI strategy. We have established policies to support employees with disabilities,
by 2024 there are 0.8% disabled employees.
Female Leadership
? Dedicated Training
During the Female Leadership Training, 44 females are trained offline and more than 200 females colleagues received online training since 2019.
Participants’ backgrounds vary from plants, R&D centers and headquarters. They were inspired and established connections.
? RISE Program
The RISE program is dedicated to effectively supporting the reflection of female talent on their ambitions and career plans. High potential female
employees in China are also very active in the program who are equipped with the tools they need to succeed in management roles and advance
their careers.
? Her Way Webinar
“Her way” is a new initiative of the Women At Faurecia network, part of the Diversity & Inclusion program, to inspire and show different ways to
evolve as a woman within Faurecia. In these sessions, female leaders will share about their career path, how they manage to succeed, despite
the challenges they faced along the way. How did they handle them, what are their tips, etc. China‘s outstanding women role models shared a lot
of insights and heartfelt words in various sessions of Women in Operations, Women in Interiors and Women in China.

? Convincing Result of Engagement Survey
In the 2024 Employee Engagement Survey, the D&I and Well Being sub-index in the Engagement section scored 7 points higher than the average score of other companies in China that
participated in the survey.
? Yearly Her Power Star Selection
Since the inaugural Her Power Star selection in 2017, the program has been successfully held for nine consecutive years. A total of 168 female employees from diverse regions, roles,
and levels have been recognized as \"Her Power Stars,\" celebrating their outstanding contributions in operations, technology, and support functions. Notably, 10% of the awardees are
frontline production workers, whose dedication exemplifies the strength and resilience of women in the workplace.
? D&I Journey Program
Launched in July 2024, the D&I Journey Program has engaged over 30 plants across China. Focused on Her WOW Journey, Well-being, and Employee Resource Groups, the program
has organized more than 430 activities, attracting over 4,000 participants. These efforts have significantly contributed to building a more diverse and inclusive work environment.
? Her Power Hub Program
Recognizing the unique needs and aspirations of female employees, Faurecia has established seven Her Power Hubs across China. These dedicated spaces offer a range of activities
designed to address challenges, unlock potential, and support the professional development and personal growth of women, enabling them to thrive within the organization.
Women in Operation
Even in the industrial environment, where we face special challenges, we have spared no effort to increase the proportion of women in core functions and front-line positions. We have
female senior leaders in the position of China Operation Vice President and CFO. At plant level, the female ratio is 29% in plant management team and among blue-collar population the
female ratio reaches 26.5%.
Women lead solidarity
Female employees play a pivotal role in our solidarity initiatives. They account for 98% of solidarity action leaders, transforming donations into meaningful community interactions. Making
up 72% of employee volunteers, they bridge the gap between the company, schools, and families. Female volunteers have actively run programs for 12 consecutive years. Through these
efforts, we inspire women to see solidarity as a chance for change, encouraging more girls to join.
Faurecia utilizes female employees' unique strengths in social issues and community engagement. We empower female volunteers to support local girls via \"Little Sister\" classes. Since
2020, we've donated 2,098 \"Little Sister\" packages to disadvantaged areas, promoting girls' long - term health and development.

Havas Femmes Forward is a global program dedicated to accelerating women’s career
growth. Launched in 2019, it has expanded to 34 countries with over 400 participants. The
program offers leadership insights, skill-building workshops, and personalized advancement
plans to help high-potential women reach senior roles faster.
Havas also introduced Femmes Forward FRIDA for female creative directors and Femmes
Forward Academy for junior female employees, addressing diverse career needs.
At Havas China, we prioritize the development of female talent by providing an inclusive
environment, fair promotion opportunities, and platforms for high-potential women to shine on
industry and global stages. We believe supporting women’s success is a key part of Havas’s
