建成2400多年的古城紹興，地處浙江省中北部、杭州灣南岸。東連寧波市，南臨義烏市和金華市，西接杭州市，北隔錢塘江，與嘉興市相望?？偯娣e8275平方公里，人口534萬。
The ancient city of Shaoxing, built over 2,400 years ago, is located inthe northcentral partof ZhejiangProvince and onthesouth coast of Hangzhou Bay. It is connected to Ningbo in the east, Yiwu and Jinhua in the south, Hangzhou in the west and Jiaxing in the north across the Qiantang River.It has a total area of 8,275 square kilometres and a population of 5.34 million.

Keqiao was originally Shaoxing County. Adjacent to Hangzhou in the west and Ningbo in the east,it is located in the golden hinterland of the Greater Bay Area of Hangzhou Bay and serves as the economic and commercial center of Shaoxing City. In 2013,the county was abolished and a district was established.The regional area is 1,066 square kilometers, with a permanent population of 1.125 million. Covering a total area of 75~{mu} ，with a totalconstruction area of117,000 square meters, it is a modern science and technology park integrating management offices, R&D experiments, talent accommodation and business support functions. It has been recognized as "Provincial Science and Technology Enterprise Incubator", "Zhejiang Province Small and Micro Enterprise Entrepreneurship and Innovation Demonstration Park", "Provincial Overseas High-Level Talent Entrepreneurship and Innovation Base" and "Provincial Demonstration Base for Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation". The park is equipped with an innovation service complex, which provides one-stop services to enterprises and talents, as well as business negotiation, entertainment and leisure services. There are now over 100 enterprises in the park and more than 1,000 talents of all kinds are gathered in the park.

浙江紹興外國高端人才創(chuàng)新集聚區(qū) Shaoxing Innovation Cluster for Foreign High-End Talents

The total operation area is 13,000 square meters. Since its establishment in 2017, the cluster area has been closely centered around Shaoxing's primary strategy of strengthening the city with talents and innovation. Taking promoting the deep integration of industries and talents as the main working line, it has established platforms such as the China-Italy Joint Talent Science and Technology Innovation Center and the International Talent Joint Science and Technology Innovation Center. It has gathered high-end talents from countries such as Italy, France, Germany, and South Africa, and has made efforts to build an innovative service system of "talents + projects + industries + platforms".In the future, adhering to the operation concept of "attracting overseas resources with overseas connections, assisting overseas entities with overseas resources, and promoting overseas influence through overseas channels", the cluster area will continue to promote the construction of the international community, the construction of the Overseas Chinese Intellctuals' Base, and international exchanges and cooperation. 位于柯橋經(jīng)開區(qū)齊賢區(qū)塊杭州灣大道沿線，總規(guī)劃面積約2平方公里，已簽約落戶各類高質(zhì)量制造業(yè)實(shí)體項(xiàng)目22個(gè)，總投資146億元。

紹興生物醫(yī)藥創(chuàng)新中心位于柯橋區(qū)東盛慧谷，總建筑面積約7000平方米，中心以生物制藥和化學(xué)制藥的轉(zhuǎn)化研究為主攻方向，建設(shè)藥化實(shí)驗(yàn)室、抗體工程實(shí)驗(yàn)室、多肽蛋白實(shí)驗(yàn)室、核酸藥物實(shí)驗(yàn)室、AI新藥實(shí)驗(yàn)室、疾病生物學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、體內(nèi)藥理實(shí)驗(yàn)室、超高通量篩選實(shí)驗(yàn)室等八大實(shí)驗(yàn)室以及八大公共服務(wù)平臺，致力于打造貫穿基礎(chǔ)科研到成果轉(zhuǎn)化為一體的新型研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)。
The Shaoxing Biomedical Innovation Center is located in Dongsheng Huigu, Keqiao District, with a total floor area of approximately 7,000 square meters. The center focuses on the translational research of biopharmaceuticals and chemical pharmaceuticals. It has established eight laboratories, including the Pharmaceutical Chemistry Laboratory, Antibody Engineering Laboratory, Polypeptide and Protein Laboratory, Nucleic Acid Drug Laboratory, Al New Drug Laboratory, Disease Biology Laboratory, In Vivo Pharmacology Laboratory, and Ultra-high Throughput Screening Laboratory, as well as eight public service platforms. It is committed to creating a new type of research and development institution that integrates basic scientific research and achievement transformation.

Excellent Innovation Technology Industrial Park
總占地面積約172畝，總建筑面積約26萬平方米，以人工智能、機(jī)器人、醫(yī)療器械、信息技術(shù)等新興產(chǎn)業(yè)為重點(diǎn)方向，建設(shè)有智能制造、設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)、辦公及綜合配套等區(qū)塊。目前已有 11萬平方米建成。以泛力半導(dǎo)體、數(shù)碼印花、久米檢測、愛科索機(jī)器人、金瑞康等一批優(yōu)質(zhì)企業(yè)，形成了新材料、醫(yī)療器械、智能制造等產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)圈。
