The power grid capacity in Ngari is small, and the two generator units in the factory undertake 40% of the electricity load in the Ngari during thepeak period of electricity consumption,whichis a typical isolated grid operation mode.

Solution

Background
Xinglong Thermal Power Company is the main heating enterprise in Xinglong County. Currently it operates 32 heat exchange stations, with a primary pipeline network totaling 32 kilometers and a secondary pipeline network totaling 85 kilometers, serving approximately 28,000 households.The company plans to deploy an isolated grid stability control system toenhance the stability of theheating system and reduce operating costs.
Solution
The project adds one new isolated grid stability control system and one fault isolation cabinet,while upgrading the existing DEH low-pressure turbine oil system to a highpressure self-contained oil system. The original DEH electronic control system (T800K control system) on site is retained.
Highlights
After the implementation of the project,the stability and reliability of the heating system have been improved, and the operating costs of the heating system have been reduced. Background
Bora Jingwei Fiber Co., Ltd.has an annual production capacity of 30 KTA differentiated viscose staple fiber and 12 KTA sodium sulfate,with a production power load of 10 MW. To avoid losses caused by short-term power outages, the internal generator sets and downstream loads are required tohave the capability for short-term isolated grid operation.
Solution
The project adds one new isolated grid stability control system, one automatic synchronization cabinet, and one fault isolation cabinet.Additionally, the existing DEH on site (Woodward 505 control system and low-pressure turbine oil system) is upgraded to the T800K control system and a self-contained oil system.

PT Kutai Refinery Nusantara is a refinery in Indonesia focused on crude oil processing and petroleum product production. Wuxi Guolian Huaguang Power Station Engineering Co., Ltd. is the project's general contractor. The project's self-owned power plant provides production power to the nearby refinery. Since the project operates entirely in isolated grid operationmode with only two generatorsets,the system'sreliability is relativelylow.Inthe event of a generatorset failure,a power deficit would occur,directly impacting the refinery's production operations.
Solution
The project is equipped with one isolated grid stability control system,integrated with the HollySys DEH and DCS to form a comprehensive unified control platform,achieving fullintegration of multiple systems.

Wuxi Guolian Huaguang Power Station Engineering Co., Ltd. is the project's general contractor.The user needs to achieve load transfer between two generator sets and five diesel generators,includingremote start-stop control of the diesel generators and some interlock requirements.
Solution
The project hardware uses the HollySys K-series main control system. In terms of software programming,DEH load control function blocks are primarily used to achieve theuser'srequirementsforstableload transfer.
