PDS high frequency ball valve is mainly used in the product discharge system PDS device of polypropylene production process. PDS (Product discharge
system) is an important part of polypropylene device. The PDS system refers to the process from the polypropylene powder leaving the reactor, through the
product bin to the product discharge tank and finally discharged.
The PDS process is to continuously add the catalyst and gaseous propylene into the fluidized bed reactor, polymerization reaction under appropriate
temperature and pressure to produce powdery polypropylene. When the powdery polypropylene is piled up to a certain amount in the fluidized bed, through
logical sequence control, the polypropylene powder is discharged from the reactor to the product bin in batches under the action of no pressure difference.
The circulating gas in the product bin is separated from the polypropylene powder for gas-solid separation, the circulating gas is returned to the neck of the
reactor, the polypropylene powder is sent to the product discharge tank, and then the polypropylene powder is sent to the product degassing bin or to the
transfer tank filter, depending on the final product, to form the polypropylene product.
